1. General

These terms of use (“Terms”) apply to the website and online store operated by Chroma Objects Oy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or our services.

3. Products

We sell curated vintage and pre-owned home decor items. Due to the nature of vintage items:

  • Products may show signs of use or age

  • Small imperfections are part of the character of the item

  • Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible

Products are sold as described.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€).

The items for sale are mainly second-hand goods subject to the margin scheme under the Finnish VAT Act. VAT is not itemized in the price or on the receipt.

We reserve the right to change prices. The final price of your order is the price shown at checkout.

Payments are processed via third-party payment service providers. We do not store payment card information.

5. Orders

An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in cases such as:

  • Pricing errors

  • Availability issues

  • Suspected misuse or fraud

Canceled orders will be refunded for any amounts paid.

6. Delivery

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other reasons beyond our control.

Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to damaged or used products after return

Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned products are inspected prior to issuing a refund.

Refunds are paid to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, texts, logos, and visual design, is the property of Chroma Objects Oy and may not be used without written permission.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. Consumers have the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on our website.
