SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping
We deliver orders to Finland and selected EU countries. Shipments are handled via Shipit using selected carriers (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, GLS, and DB Schenker).
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 3–6 business days
Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Austria: 4–8 business days

Spain, Italy, Portugal: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination logistics.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and the weight of the shipment. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Delivery responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or returned shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Uncollected shipments
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping and handling costs incurred.
Failure to collect a shipment is not considered a cancellation under consumer protection law.
Any refund will be issued only after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.
Right of return
Consumers have the right under EU consumer protection law to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of return applies only to unused products in their original condition.
As our selection consists mainly of vintage, second-hand, and one-of-a-kind items, products may show signs of previous use. Any wear and tear is described and/or shown in product images. These are not valid reasons for return.
Returns process
You must notify us of a return by email within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return instructions will be provided after notification.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the return approval.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or damaged items
Please contact us immediately, no later than 7 days after delivery. Please include photos of the damage.
Refunds
Once the return has been approved, we will refund the payment to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or modified items requested by the customer
- items that by their nature cannot be returned
