Shipping

⚠️ Exceptional situation: Shipping outside Finland temporarily on hold
Deliveries to other EU countries are currently suspended due to clarifications regarding PPWR and EPR requirements. We will update the situation as soon as deliveries resume. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time to Finland is usually 2–5 business days.

To which countries do you ship?
We normally ship to other EU countries as well, but shipping outside Finland is currently temporarily suspended.

Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped directly from the order page. According to EU consumer protection law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the delivery of the last product, without giving any reason. Cancellation can be done electronically from the order page or by contacting our customer service.

How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. A return confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty.

We carefully curate our selection: the products are secondhand and vintage items that combine history, form, and character.

Do the products have condition markings?
Yes, we describe the condition of each product accurately on the product page.
