Return and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

The right of return applies only to products that are unused and returned in their original condition.

Our selection consists primarily of vintage, second-hand and one-of-a-kind items. Signs of age, wear or patina that are clearly visible in product images and descriptions are considered part of the item’s character and are not grounds for return.

Returns

To initiate a return, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the product. You will receive return instructions in our reply.

The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the return notice.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
